Head Of Property

Jackel has overall responsibility for the business, including asset and development management, as well as, the acquisition and disposition of assets. Having an extensive architectural background, Jackel Cheung has wide-ranging experience with development projects in both China and Australia.

Theo Cheung

Head Of Strategy

Theo is responsible for Terraform Group’s strategy and operational businesses. He oversees the overall asset strategy of the business, which includes but not limited to, co-working, co-living, and restaurants.

Warren Liu

Head Of Finance And Investor Relations

Holding a strong banking and finance background, Warren handles the treasury functions of the business. He is also responsible for the business’ financial management and maintaining positive contact with our partners and investors.

Head Of Asset Management (Australia)

Troy ensures the effective delivery of the asset management strategy across the Australian properties, working closely with our strategic service partners in property and facilities management, leasing and various consultants to add value to the portfolio for the investors.

Fiona Wong

Financial Controller

Fiona has extensive experience in finance and audit. She joined Terraform Capital in September 2018 as Financial Controller. She is responsible for the Terraform’s financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, internal controls, and treasury functions.
